Christina Karanikola

Head of Customer Services, Apifon

Christina is a Customer Engineer currently working as Head of Customer Services at Apifon, helping businesses take advantage of multichannel messaging services to meet digital transformation needs. She originally studied Computer Engineering, so she has a solid understanding of Information and Communication Systems along with an extensive background of business requirements. Quite experienced in enterprise technical sales with the knack of cross communicating effectively with IT, Marketing, Operations or CX people.

A master at marketing messaging strategies, GDPR best practices and content/communication challenges, so far mostly serving Utility, Insurance, Bank, Retail and Gambling enterprises. She really enjoys the process of analyzing and understanding tech related matters and then trying to teach and navigate users/customers most optimally and elegantly to achieve their goals.

She loves sharing concepts and thoughts with her fellow team members while working together purposefully to become better professionals. Currently she is intrigued by the Salesforce platform and trying to discover new Service and Marketing trails to enhance her customer 360° journey perspective.
