Tina is a highly competent and passionate Human Resources Business Partner focusing on supporting Organizations in achieving their business goals through the effective management of human resources. 

She combines academic excellence - holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Economics in Athens and an MBA degree from the University of Birmingham Business School in the UK - with the experience and skills earned from working with big Greek Organizations and global companies in various industries. 

Tina has a substantial experience in Recruitment for all career levels and for different job roles at different industries. She, strongly, believes that the successful selection and on-boarding of resources is a critical investment towards the business’success.  

She believes in the high value the HR strategy can bring to the company’s achievements, supports it’s digitalization overall and of the HR & Recruitment functions towards the creation of a digital society.  

Tina attends several training courses offered internally and externally by Fujitsu.  She is a member of Fujitsu’s HR Regional teams (EMEIA Region) contributing in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy in critical aspects such as HR & Recruiting digital transformation, Diversity & Inclusion at the workplace and others.
