Knowcrunch trained ICAP CRIF in Greece, Bulgaria & Romania
Knowcrunch successfully completed a 3-day training program for 160 ICAP CRIF executives across Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania, aimed at enhancing their strategic planning skills and improving the effectiveness of their marketing activities on LinkedIn.
“In today’s world, social media plays a dominant role in our communication. LinkedIn, in particular, holds a strategic position in ICAP CRIF’s corporate communication. Wanting to bring our people into this reality, we partnered with the top digital experts in the Greek market. After identifying our internal needs, we co-developed with the experienced Knowcrunch team a modular and immediately applicable training program, offering more specialization and depth for our corporate and digital marketing teams and more practical tools and solutions for the wider employee base. Despite being a voluntary program, participation from all departments was remarkable, and the positive feedback exceeded 93%,” stated Maria Katsarea, Corporate Marketing & Communications Director at ICAP CRIF.
The digital marketing & LinkedIn training is part of the multiple development programs ICAP CRIF runs each year, clearly demonstrating that people development is a core element of the company’s strategy. In collaboration with Knowcrunch’s professional digital marketing training hub, an additional training cycle was also delivered on the use of artificial intelligence tools.
