Strategic collaboration between Knowcrunch and Adecco

Knowcrunch, an international organization that provides high-level in-class and video-on-demand courses with a focus on business, marketing, and digital marketing, has partnered with Adecco, a leader in employment services, to launch an important collaboration for finding junior and senior marketing and digital marketing professionals through three different initiatives.

 

Adecco will conduct recurring interviews with participants in Knowcrunch programs in Athens and Thessaloniki, aiming to fill job positions managed by Adecco with students or graduates of Knowcrunch. Adecco will also participate in networking events organized by Knowcrunch in the aforementioned cities, offering employment opportunities to the organization's well-trained digital marketers. At the same time, Adecco will provide lectures with useful tips to Knowcrunch students on preparing their resumes and job interviews, active networking, and their online image as part of overall improvement of their personal branding. With this initiative, Knowcrunch provides additional free career office services to its students and graduates, aiming to offer those with little or no professional experience the necessary guidance to start their careers.

 

On Monday, March 27, 2023, the first meeting of Knowcrunch students with Adecco consultants was held at the OTE Academy facilities, during which useful advice was shared on resume preparation, interviewing skills, and networking, and students were given the opportunity to discuss job opportunities with Adecco consultants. The collaboration between Knowcrunch and Adecco aims to create valuable career opportunities for well-trained digital marketing professionals and offer guidance to those looking to start their careers in this field.

 

The two organizations, Adecco & Knowcrunch, aim for a future where students and graduates will remain professionally competitive, enhancing their employability through counseling and strengthening their career prospects by directly connecting them with the job market.
