Theodora is an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history in the human resources industry as Consultant and HR Manager. She holds a Bachelor degree in Management Science and Technology and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused in Human Resources Management, both from Athens University of Economics and Business.

She started her career as a Recruitment consultant in 2007 and currently holds the role of Talent Manager in Papadopoulos Group.  She also works, as part of her role, as an outsourcing HR Consultant for numerous companies in various business sectors (industrial products, Services, Publications etc) responsible for personnel Selection, Evaluation & Development. 

Skilled in HR strategy, with solid expertise in Recruitment, Personnel management, Evaluation and Performance appraisal tools and Training & Development programs.

Additionally, she acts as a Career Counselor utilizing her strong background and training in professional CV Writing and Interview coaching.
